Lambert Schlechter (Luxembourg, 1941) is one one of the most famous Luxembourgish poets. Most of his works were published in France. He is a frequent guest of international festivals in francophone countries, but also outside of them. He is the author of numerous books of poetry and prose. His books have been translated in Italian, German, Bulgarian, Armenian, English; Spanish translations and Arabic are in progress.
