Returns and Refunds
A buyer is a natural or legal person who orders and pays for a product and product delivery service through the web shop buybook.ba. To purchase any Buybook product, you need to open a user account, i.e. register. Opening a user account is necessary so that you have easy access to print your order, review previous orders, and so that the web shop administration can see your Customer status.
Payment for ordered products can be made in the following ways:
- by credit card
- by payment at the post office, bank or internet banking
- by company
The order is considered received:
- when paying by credit card or bank transfer / general payment order - at the moment when Buybook d.o.o. receives confirmation of the arrival of funds to the account
- when paying by cash on delivery - at the moment when Buybook d.o.o. receives the order electronically.
Products that are no longer in stock: We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. If we do not have your product in stock, we will contact you and discuss whether you would like to cancel the order, make a replacement, or wait until the product is back in stock.
The price of the product does not include delivery.
All products are thoroughly inspected before delivery and delivered undamaged in good condition. We will carefully package your products so that they reach you undamaged. Buybook d.o.o. is not liable to the Buyer for minor scratches on the products that occur as a result of the product being delivered by the delivery service. The Buyer has the right to make a complaint within 8 days of the date of delivery of the goods in the event that the received shipment does not match the order specification or there is printing/manufacturing damage to the product, along with the confirmation of the purchase of the product via the website. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted. If you notice damage when receiving the shipment, please immediately point this out to the delivery person and open the shipment together with them.
Incorrect delivery information
If the Buyer makes a mistake in the delivery information when ordering books or fills in incomplete delivery information, which leads to the return of the shipment, Buybook d.o.o. will refund the amount paid only for the contents of the shipment, while the delivery costs will not be refunded. Buybook d.o.o. will offer the Buyer to resend the shipment with an additional delivery cost.
Availability of books for delivery
Next to each book is information about the availability for delivery.
- available – we will process your order within two business days of your order or payment
- on subscription – books that have not yet been released can be ordered under more favorable conditions
- in preparation – the book will be released soon
- sold out – the edition is sold out and can no longer be found on the market
