TERMS OF PURCHASE AND ORDERING

The buyer places an order via an electronic order form.

A buyer is any person who orders at least one product electronically, fills in the required information and sends the order.

All prices are expressed in convertible marks, including VAT.

Goods are ordered electronically, by adding them to the cart.

Goods are considered ordered at the moment the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.

PAYMENT

Ordered products or services are paid for online using one of the following credit cards: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard... , by bank transfer, via mobile banking or cash on delivery.

DELIVERY

Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged during transport. Upon receipt, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in the event of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (an employee of the delivery company). The intermediary disclaims any liability for damage that may occur during delivery.

If the buyer does not receive the goods or the delivery notification after they have been sent within the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform Buybook about this in order to take actions to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.

The intermediary undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer as soon as he receives the seller's confirmation confirming the order.

After the delivery company (the delivery company) receives the shipment from the merchant, Buybook is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays, as well as problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of goods.

All rights of the publisher and program holder on the printed work are reserved.

The publisher is listed on the product. The customer undertakes not to reproduce and sell without authorization.
