Rumena Bužarovska (born in 1981 in Skopje, Macedonia) assistant professor in American literature at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. She translated into Macedonian works by Lewis Carroll, JM Coetzee, Truman Capote, Richard Gwyna. She is the author of a study on humor in contemporary American literature. What is funny: theories of humor applied to the short story and collections the story of Žvrljotine , Osmica , My husband and I'm going nowhere . She is the co-founder and co-organizer of the women's storytelling festival PičPrič u Macedonia.
