Vladimir Vojinovic was born in 1978 in Nikšić. He received his bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees from Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić, in the field of literary studies. He is a professor at the Faculty of Montenegrin Language and Literature in Cetinje, the president is The Society of Montenegrin Publishers from Podgorica and the Artistic Director International Book Fair of the Capital City of Podgorica. He is the author of three scientific monographs and two textbooks, he has edited five professional publications and anthologies, published dozens of scientific and professional articles. He is the author of three novels ( Pions brda , Nafaka and Portrait of Igor Đukić ) and books of short stories narrative texts ( Stories from Montana ). Stories from the book Stories from Montanaro were translated into English, French, German, Italian and Russian language and an Albanian edition of the book was published in Shkodra in 2016, with the title Tregime nga Montanari .
