Dzenan Skelić was born in 1972 in Doboj. He finished his studies in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy Faculty in Sarajevo, where he received his master's degree and doctorate in psychological sciences. Permanent is a professor at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zenica. He is the author of over thirty scientific papers and professional works, the novel "12-00-13", and the collection of poetry "Dog Poetics".
