Srđan Sekulić (Priština, 1993) writes poetry and prose. His short stories and poems have been published in literary magazines, web portals and literary anthologies throughout the region. He has been translated into Albanian, Macedonian, Persian (Farsi), Turkish, Ruthenian, German, Hungarian, French, Armenian and English. He is one of the winners of the 2018 Mak Dizdar Award, which is awarded as part of the Slovo Gorčina festival in Stolac, for his first book of poems entitled Kavalov jek, which was published in early 2019 by the publishing house Buybook from Sarajevo. In early May 2021, he published his second book of poetry entitled Ugrušak by the publishing house Arete from Belgrade. In the spring of 2021, he won first prize for the short story David, son of Isakov in Banja Luka at the "Priče iz komšiluka 5" competition. In April 2022, he published his third book, a book of short prose entitled “Ostaviška raspravna Anastasa Kon” (The Legacy Discourse of Anastas Kon) in the publishing house “Imprimatur” from Banja Luka. He is a member of the PEN Center of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He translates poetry and prose from Macedonian and Bulgarian. He currently lives and writes in Sarajevo.
