Griet Op de Beeck (born 1973 in Turnhout, Belgium) writer and columnist. Already with the first one The novel "Many Heavens Above the Seventh Heaven" attracted a lot of attention readers and critics and was nominated for several literary awards. The book became a real bestseller, and later a feature film was made based on it movie. After two years, the novel Dođi da te pokušim appeared, in which Op de Beeck definitely confirmed as one of the best writers of the Middle Ages generations in the Dutch-speaking area. Her books have been translated into English, German, French, Arabic, Czech and Japanese languages.
