Dorthe Nors (1970) represents one of the most original voices in contemporary Danish literature. She graduated literature and art history, and writes essays, stories, short stories and novels. Her published stories certainly contributed to the international success of this author in countless important publications. Dorthe Nors is the first among Danish writers whose story was published in the prestigious magazine New Yorker.

The novel "Rear-view mirror, shoulder blinker" was shortlisted for the Booker International Literary Prize 2017. year.
