Priscilla Morris grew up in London and spent her summers in Sarajevo. She studied at the University of Cambridge and the University of East Anglia, where she received her PhD in creative writing. She currently teaches in Dublin and lives between Ireland and Spain. "Black Butterflies" is her debut novel, which has been shortlisted for several literary awards.
