Stipo Manđeralo was born in Vidoše near Livno in 1938. He finished high school in Livno, and the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo. From In 1962, until his retirement, he worked as a professor in Livanjska Gymnasiums. He wrote about the problems of teaching in professional pedagogical magazines language and literature. He was also interested in the past of Livno and its surroundings.

He wrote several notable articles in Glasnik National Museum in Sarajevo, Mostar Herzegovina, Sarajevo magazines Odjek and Treći program RTS, Livna's Tragovi, Livan's vistas, Svjetl rijeci, the Split anthology Kačić , Sarajevo's Bosnia Franciscans, Split 's Old Croatian Education , and participated in the work of scientific symposia. In 1987, he published the book Fr to the Livonian stonemasonry Masters of Stone, and in 1992 in Lozić's book Illyrian dream presented in many ways extremely interesting Bosnian Franciscan Grgo Lozić and published his Notes.
