Mario Vargas Llosa, born in 1936 in Peru, is one of the most famous members Hispanic American literature. His most famous works are the novels City and Dogs , Aunt Julia and the pencil sharpener , Don Rigobert's notebooks , Capricorn Festival , and Adventures naughty girls. In 2010, he received the Nobel Prize for Literature "because of cartographic precise depictions of power structures and poignant images of resistance, revolt and defeat individual". Five corners is his latest novel.
