Dragan Lazukić (1965) was born in Doboj, where he graduated from a classical gymnasium in the last generation before Šuvar's "directing" of education. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo. After the outbreak of war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he set off for the West, then got lost and ended up in Prague. Today, when he returns from a trip to Prague, he is returning "home". He has had a successful career in international finance. Do You Have a Cigar, Buddy? is his first novel. Not his last, he hopes.
