Andrej Blatnik (1963, Ljubljana), award-winning, translated and anthologized novelist and columnist, studied comparative literature, sociology of culture, American literature and communication. He started out as a bass player in a punk band. He works in publishing as an editor and translator. He teaches publishing at the Faculty of Philosophy in Ljubljana.
