Book Night at Buybook

We are pleased to invite you to the traditional Book Night, which will take place on December 26 in the Sarajevo and Tuzla bookstores Buybook. On this occasion, the bookshop in Radićeva street in Sarajevo will be open until midnight, and in TC Mercator in Tuzla until 9.30pm. The publishing house Buybook is celebrating its 26th birthday this year, and on that occasion it has prepared special discounts of 20 to 70% for its customers. Orders will also be possible via the buybook.ba web shop.

As every year until now, a large number of new titles by foreign and domestic authors will be available to the public for Book Night.

We particularly highlight award-winning foreign titles such as the novel "The Promise" by Damon Galgut, this year's Booker winner, "Little Things Like These" by Irish writer Claire Keegan, who was shortlisted for the Booker this year, and "A Field of Pears" by Georgian author Nana Ekvtimishvili, a novel that was shortlisted for the International Booker. There is also the novel "Kindness" by one of the most widely read Buybook authors, the Turkish Sebnem Işigüzel, who won the readership with the novels "The Residence of Tears" and "Venus", then "Samarkand" by Amin Maalouf, which has gained classic status over time, "Origin", a new novel by Saša Stanišić, "The Marriage Portrait" by one of the most widely read contemporary authors Maggie O'Farrell.
